Storage of Orders in Tbilisi:
Free Storage for Paid Deliveries: Orders with paid delivery are stored free of charge for 1 month. Orders not collected within this period will be disposed of.
Claims for Missing Items: Claims for missing items will only be accepted if you report them within 14 calendar days for WILDBERRIES and 7 calendar days for OZON from the receipt of the notification about the arrival of the item. After these periods, the marketplaces' systems may not track the item, and it may not be technically possible to reconcile.
Storage for Unpaid Deliveries: Free storage for orders with unpaid delivery is provided for 3 days. After this period, a charge of 5% per day of the outstanding amount will apply.
