How to Place an Order

To receive purchases from online stores or parcels from private individuals (any country):

1. Register on our website www.strelicia.com

2. Register on the website of the relevant online store - you will make the purchases yourself.

3. When placing your purchase, select our office address as the delivery address - the list of addresses is available in the "My Addresses" section of your personal account on the Strelicia website. Copy your account number "Strelicia and digits" into any available field. Please consider the country of the website where you are making the purchase! (Deliveries to our offices are from 10 AM to 6 PM on weekdays).

4. The store will send you a notification about the delivery times to our warehouse and a tracking code. Add this tracking code to the "My Parcels" section in your personal account on our website IMMEDIATELY upon receiving it! https://strelicia.com/ru/parcels

5. Declare the parcel on our website - you only need to fill out a few fields: the store name, category, and description of the item in the parcel, its cost, and the payment receipt.

6. If necessary, select "Insure Parcel" in the "My Parcels" section for parcels with the status "Awaiting," "In Warehouse," or "Shipped." You can choose "Automatic Insurance" for all parcels or only for a specific parcel.

7. Wait for the notification about the readiness of your item for pickup in Tbilisi via SMS or email.

8. Pay for our delivery through your personal account on our website using a card. 

You are the recipient of all parcels.
