Parcels for customs clearance are delivered to the customs terminal. After clearing customs, we collect the parcels at our office. For parcels subject to additional import duties, we prepare and print the declarations.

If your parcel is subject to tax, you will need to pay 20 GEL to the tax authority's account via bank transfer and an additional 30 GEL in cash to the declarant, which we will include in your delivery bill.

The actual tax varies by case and ranges from 18% to 30% of the item’s value, depending on the category of the item. Usually, it is 18%, but some items, like dietary supplements, may be taxed at a higher rate.

To process the customs declaration, you will need to obtain a Georgian tax code, which is issued once and for life. Although in Georgia it is referred to as "one-time," it is used for a lifetime.

You can obtain the tax code at any revenue service office with your passport, for free, in about 5 minutes, or online through the justice website.

The declaration for you is a description of the contents of the parcel (in the parcel's details section under "My Parcels") - we use this information to prepare customs documents.

Filling out the declaration is MANDATORY for all parcels except those from Wildberries and OZON, which we declare ourselves.

Parcels with a value exceeding 300 GEL, a weight exceeding 30 kilograms, or containing more than 5 identical items are subject to import tax.

Timely and accurate completion of the declaration is crucial. An undeclared or incorrectly filled declaration risks delaying the parcel at customs.

If your item should not be subject to tax, this will also be clear from your declaration.

1) The declaration must be completed no later than the receipt of the package at the warehouse in the country of origin.

2) If the package is not declared upon arrival in Georgia, it will be held by customs for a minimum of 8 days.

3) If you do not declare the package at all, it will be automatically transferred to the government for further disposal 30 days after its arrival in Georgia.
